Cooper River Park is a 346 acre park that runs through Pennsauken, Cherry Hill, Collingswood and Haddon Township. Cooper River Park has hosted numerous major rowing events and is the ideal water venue, drawing praise from athletes and rowing experts for its 2,000 meter race course. The park is currently in the process of undergoing a transformation that will expand and redefine leisure. The revitalization will create a regional hub for recreation by constructing a boardwalk and fishing piers along the riverbanks and improving athletic fields, picnic areas, the playground, and the park stadium.
